Independence ER Registered Nurse- Full Time Nights

Provides general nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing, Associate’s Degree from a two-year college, or Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college
• Successful completion of a prescribed nursing curriculum leading to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas
• Evidence of possessing the experience of a licensed nurse at a staff level
• Preferably at least one year of successful practice in nursing
• Previous critical care–related nursing experience
• Must obtain certification in BCLS and ACLS within 1 year
• Must obtain PALS and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 2 years
• Current certifications: CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
