ER Registered Nurse (Full-Time Night)

This position involves providing comprehensive emergency nursing care in a small-format hospital setting, focusing on assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs in the ER. Responsibilities

• Deliver age-specific, developmentally appropriate nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient information and clinical signs.
• Follow physician orders and assist with diagnostic, treatment, admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Collect lab samples, perform tests, and adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in care planning, evaluation, and quality assessment activities.
• Assist with assembling equipment and performing or supporting treatments.
• Perform quality activities, attend meetings, and undertake assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure without sanctions.
• At least 2 years of full-time RN experience in ER or similar setting.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS/ALS, PALS (or ENPC), with TNCC preferred.
