Registered Nurse (RN)

This RN role offers growth, supportive teamwork, and a culture committed to safety and continuous improvement. Typical duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognizing subtle clinical changes
• Providing safe, evidence-based medications and treatments
• Serving as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers
• Offering clear, compassionate education to patients and families
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds
• Taking an active role in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Patient care experience in emergency nursing
• Comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC
