About the role
The Incredible Years Lead is responsible for the direct implementation and day-to-day execution of the Incredible Years: Early Childhood Behavioral Health Initiative. This role focuses on delivering caregiver-centered, prevention-based programming designed to strengthen social-emotional development and family resilience for children ages 0–8. The Lead will facilitate group-based parent education sessions, conduct home-based coaching visits, and provide ongoing caregiver support.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group-based parent education sessions
- Conduct home-based coaching visits
- Provide ongoing caregiver support
- Engage families
- Ensure program fidelity to the Incredible Years evidence-based model
- Support early identification of behavioral and emotional needs through caregiver education and skill-building
- Implement and deliver services
- Recruit and engage participants
- Collect and document data
- Support program fidelity and quality
- Coordinate with the community
- Perform administrative and operational support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in child development, family therapy, or related field
- Experience facilitating group-based parent education sessions
- Experience conducting home-based coaching visits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
