About the Role
As an Inclusion Aide, you will play a key role in assisting children and adults with disabilities to participate in recreational programs in a safe and fun environment. This includes assisting our participants with activities and providing accommodations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist children and adults with disabilities in recreational programs.
- Provide accommodations as needed to ensure a safe and fun environment.
Requirements
- Some knowledge and experience working with children and adults with disabilities.
- Willingness to learn to better the experience of our participants.
Schedule
Work schedules vary. Staff can work as little as 1-2 hours per week up to 13+ hours per week based on participant needs. Majority of shifts fall on:
- Weekday evenings (4-7pm)
- Saturday/Sunday mornings (8:30am-12pm)
Pay
Anticipated starting pay for this position is $16.50-$18.00/hour, depending on experience. This position falls under Pay Grade E with a pay range of $15.00 - $20.00.
