About the role
The Incident Review Coordinator is responsible for analyzing and reporting on incidents that occur within the organization. This role requires a thorough understanding of incident management processes and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in incident management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with incident management software (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
