Incident Response Manager

The role involves leading cyber incident response activities, including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery for client incidents such as ransomware, data breaches, and insider threats. Responsibilities Include Managing incident investigations and coordinating cross-functional stakeholder engagement during high-impact eventsConducting root cause analysis and developing actionable remediation plans to enhance cyber resilienceOverseeing incident response performance, metrics, reporting, and improving response methodologiesCollaborating with threat management, risk, compliance, privacy, and technology teams while mentoring team membersMaintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions Qualifications Minimum of five years’ experience in cybersecurity incident response or threat managementBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferredProven leadership in cyber investigations, managing escalations, and applying frameworks like NIST or SANSHands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, and threat intelligence platformsStrong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to present to executivesHigh integrity and judgment, capable of handling sensitive information
