Incident Response Manager

The role involves leading enterprise cyber incident response engagements, overseeing containment, investigation, recovery, and post-incident resilience efforts. You will advise executive leadership and stakeholders during incidents, providing strategic guidance and crisis management. Responsibilities include directing investigations, root cause analysis, and enhancing incident response methodologies, while mentoring high-performing teams to ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, privacy, and forensics teams, supporting business growth through client relationship management and trusted advisory services. Qualifications: Minimum ten years of experience in incident response, threat management, or related cybersecurity fields, with at least seven years leading response teams and large-scale engagements. Industry certifications like CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or GCFE are preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields is preferred; however, extensive relevant experience can suffice. Proven expertise in digital forensics, SIEM, EDR/XDR platforms, automation tools, and diverse IT environments, including cloud and network infrastructures, is essential. Strong stakeholder management, leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects are required. Travel may be necessary.
