About the role
To join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist!
Responsibilities
- Enters and maintains various database(s).
- Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures.
- Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data.
- Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
- Provides expertise and guidance to contractors in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance along with technical support and programmatic training.
Requirements
- 2-4 years relevant experience.
- Experience and knowledge in the Energy Efficiency realm.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Qualifications
Target Compensation: $60,000
