About This Role
We're looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for prospects exploring our financial market data solutions. You'll qualify leads, educate potential customers on our products, and guide them through the sales process with a customer-first approach. By collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams, you'll ensure a seamless experience while building strong relationships and helping prospects see the value in our data.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualifying and guiding prospects through the sales process
- Educate potential customers on the best solution to meeting their financial market data needs
- Effectively communicate product features and advantages, tailoring conversations to address the unique needs of prospects
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure a seamless transition from inbound lead to customer
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, particularly in the context of financial market data, to articulate value propositions convincingly
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to relay accurate information to potential clients
- Cultivate strong relationships with inbound leads, addressing queries, and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and support, to ensure a holistic customer experience
- Track and analyze performance in Salesforce to measure and optimize effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with product-led growth principles and a genuine interest in financial market data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Experience using Salesforce
