About the role
The Inbound Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the healthcare industry. This role engages with potential clients—including employers, healthcare providers, and staffing agencies—to promote Mobile Health’s occupational health services.
Responsibilities
- Sell company products and services to new customers via phone or email (cold calling).
- Navigate organizations to identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers.
- Represent Mobile Health professionally, providing prospects with an overview of services and value propositions.
- Conduct market research and use lead-generating techniques to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and guidelines through collaboration with internal resources.
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Work with marketing to deliver messaging that promotes company products, services, and tools.
- Communicate brand identity, expertise, and corporate position effectively.

- Ability to use communication techniques that foster trust, collaboration, and open two-way dialogue.
- Demonstrated ability to learn innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies to stay ahead in the field.

- Strong business process and service skills, including feedback, active listening, conflict resolution, negotiation, group facilitation, delegation, coaching, influencing, and visioning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of occupational health is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate a keyboard and perform repetitive motions (typing, writing).
- Ability to sit for extended periods; stand, sit, reach, bend, and lift up to ten (10) pounds.
- Ability to express or exchange ideas to impart information to the public and convey detailed instructions accurately and quickly.

Pay
Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000
