Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

Lighthouse Finance Solutions is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. Since 2015, we have been a leader in the debt settlement industry, helping thousands of individuals and families find financial freedom.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inquiries from consumers in need of a financial program that can help them with their outstanding debt.
• Determine debt obligations by interviewing clients, examining bills and payment schedules.
• Enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.
• Examine income, assets and expenses to develop a financial plan for the client where necessary, focusing on reducing high-interest debt.
• Communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing.
• Use fact-gathering skills to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Work independently while meeting deadlines and goals.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the process.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• No prior experience in debt settlement, credit, or collections is required.
• Knowledge and proficiency with PC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required.

Pay

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9-5:30 PM
