Inbound Phone Agent

About the role

We are seeking a professional and reliable Inbound Phone Agent to join our team at Branson.com. You will provide exceptional customer service to Branson Tourism Center clients by answering calls, assisting with reservations, creating itineraries, and providing information on Branson hotels, shows, attractions, dining, and local directions. This role supports customer needs, promotes tour-related savings opportunities, and ensures a positive guest experience through professional communication and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with coworkers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, make changes, and cancel orders as necessary.
• Create itineraries for clients.
• Relay information regarding Branson hotels, shows, attractions, and dining.
• Provide directions to clients.
• Assist front counter with customer check-ins.
• Assist with savings associated with touring.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Follow all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
• Review performance and compensation with management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service, hospitality, or sales role preferred.
• Ability to work with the public, applying excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
