About the role
A customer service representative working in a call center environment. Handles inbound and follow-up calls, addressing questions related to prior authorization and general inquiries, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls and providing responses to customer inquiries
- Entering information accurately into multiple systems and updating customer communications
- Measuring performance on quality and accuracy metrics, ranging from 50-100 calls per day

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least one year of high-volume call center experience in the past two to three years
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Knowledge and proficiency with multiple computer systems

- IKM Call Center - Telephone Skills (75% minimum)
- IOI: Describe experiences using multiple computer systems during a customer call

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
