Inbound Pharmacy Call Center Rep
About the role
Customer service representative working in a call center environment. Handles inbound calls and some follow-up calls. Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information. Requires great customer service with high-level attention to detail, accurate information entry, and proficiency with multiple systems and programs.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and follow-up calls
- Answer questions on prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information
- Provide great customer service with high attention to detail
- Accurately enter information into multiple systems and programs
- Measure performance on quality and accuracy, ranging from 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity
Requirements
- No jumpy resumes
- At least a year of high-volume call center experience in the past 2-3 years
- Typing at least 30 words per minute

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
