Inbound Operations Manager → Operations Manager

About the Role

This position provides leadership and operational oversight in warehouse and distribution environments, managing teams of supervisors and associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations
• Lead continuous improvement projects and optimize operational processes
• Develop strategies to meet customer service and safety objectives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and act as the main contact for adherence
• Manage staffing, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain leadership
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements
• Experience operating within regulated environments
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
