Inbound Lead I (Mon - Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Description The Lead I role is responsible for ensuring the safety, productivity, and performance of all operational employees on their designated shift. This role includes advanced responsibilities such as strategic planning, project management, performance analysis, and cross department coordination to drive operational excellence. The Lead I ensures that scheduled operations are executed efficiently and meet all quality standards, while promptly escalating any open issues to the appropriate supervisor, manager, or other designated management contacts.
