About the Role
At Coastal Trading Ventures, we are the inbound engine behind one of the fastest-growing eCommerce fulfillment operations in the country, and our Fort Worth facility is scaling fast. - Manage returns and reverse-logistics receiving, including inspection, disposition, and reconciliation
- Train, mentor, and evaluate leads and associates to build bench strength
- Serve as the inbound point of contact for clients and hold suppliers/carriers accountable to standards
- Act as the operational voice for the in-house WMS build, defining requirements and testing functionality
