In-Store Sales Representative

Job Details Description In-Store Sales Representative – Rural Alaska About The Role As an In-Store Sales Representative, based out of our Anchorage, Wasilla or Fairbanks, AK location, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within N C Machinery’s existing customer base. Through proactive telephone outreach and strong relationship management, you will identify opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and contribute to overall business success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted customer strategies and support lead generation efforts, ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to drive engagement and repeat business.Conduct outbound customer calls to meet or exceed established contact and performance goals.Prepare and present customer sales quotes in a timely and professional manner.Represent N C Machinery at customer events, industry functions, and related activities as needed.Manage administrative responsibilities, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient use of CRM tools. Qualifications Working knowledge of Caterpillar products and prior experience in Caterpillar sales or related industries preferred (construction, agriculture, or heavy equipment).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation for occasional travel.High school diploma or equivalent required Employee Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package.
