About the role

All Temperatures Controlled, Inc. in Chatsworth, CA is actively seeking an enthusiastic full-time In-Store Lead Generator to increase sales by promoting their HVAC products and services.

Responsibilities

• Put your knowledge of services and products to work in real-time
• Communicate a thorough understanding of features, benefits, product differences, and services to clients
• Input client information on a tablet while maintaining excellent customer service
• Achieve sales goals by acquiring jobs for HVAC services
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Manage time well and prioritize tasks effectively
• Easily establish a good rapport with people

Requirements

• Working smart phone
• Reliable transportation
• Fluent in Spanish
• 2-3 years relevant Field Sales or Marketing experience
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position such as standing or walking for the duration of the shift

Qualifications

• Can manage your time well and prioritize tasks effectively
• Can easily establish a good rapport with people
• Can represent the company in a professional manner
• Handle project deadlines well

Schedule

• This full-time sales position works 8-hour shifts or rotating/segmented 4-hour shifts
