About the role

All Temperatures Controlled, Inc. in Chatsworth, CA is actively seeking an enthusiastic full-time In-Store Lead Generator to increase sales by promoting their HVAC products and services.

Responsibilities

• Put your knowledge of services and products to work in real-time
• Communicate a thorough understanding of features, benefits, product differences, and services to clients
• Input client information on a tablet while maintaining excellent customer service
• Acquire jobs for HVAC services and boost sales growth

Qualifications

• Working smart phone
• Reliable transportation
• Fluent in Spanish
• 2-3 years relevant Field Sales or Marketing experience
• Time management and task prioritization skills
• Good rapport building abilities
• Professional representation of the company
• Deadline management skills

Schedule

• Full-time sales position working 8-hour shifts or rotating/segmented 4-hour shifts
