Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute training for operations controllers and support personnel
- Lead specific training areas or initiatives based on senior staff direction
- Collaborate with engineers and flight operators to ensure training relevance
- Run simulator and training assets for hands-on practice and rehearsals
- Support development of future training simulators and interfaces
- Evaluate console operator proficiency and develop adaptive training as needed
- Maintain accurate records of training completion for operators
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. in engineering, education, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience developing and executing training for mission support in a space, military, or government environment
- Strong facilitation skills for leading technical training and debriefs
- Ability to travel to support training activities as needed
- Self-starter with strong coordination and task management skills
- Track record of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident
