Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute training for operations controllers and support personnel
  • Lead specific training areas or initiatives based on senior staff direction
  • Collaborate with engineers and flight operators to ensure training relevance
  • Run simulator and training assets for hands-on practice and rehearsals
  • Support development of future training simulators and interfaces
  • Evaluate console operator proficiency and develop adaptive training as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion for operators

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.S. in engineering, education, or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience developing and executing training for mission support in a space, military, or government environment
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading technical training and debriefs
  • Ability to travel to support training activities as needed
  • Self-starter with strong coordination and task management skills
  • Track record of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident
