In Seat Server - PNC Bank Arts Center

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment.
• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Offer personal service and attention to detail that exceeds guest expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium.
• Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to comply with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant setting for 2 to 3 years.
• Knowledgeable about safe work habits, following all safety policies and procedures, completing company-wide safety training, and additional job-specific safety training.

Pay

$10.00 per hour plus tips

Schedule

Must be available for all Sporting Park events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
