About the role
The In-School Suspension Coordinator will support students who have been removed from the classroom due to disciplinary issues. This position requires a PA certified teacher.
Responsibilities
- Support students in understanding the consequences of their actions
- Work with school staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide guidance and counseling to students and families
- Coordinate with law enforcement and community partners as needed
Requirements
- Must be a PA certified teacher
- Submit cover letter, resume, mandatory introductory video, Standard PA Teaching Application, 3 reference letters, certification, transcripts, Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 to JOBS@ELSD.ORG by September 3rd
