In-School Intervention Paraprofessional

About the role

This is a 4.5 hour position, 5 days per week, working in the In-School Intervention (ISI) room. The role reports to the principal and supports students with academic and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in studying and taking tests or quizzes
• Help manage student behaviors
• Collaborate with students to create plans for completing missing work
• Support students in finishing missing assignments
• Facilitate communication between students and teachers
• Supervise lunch detention and In-School Suspension

Schedule

4.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
