What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Room Service Server to join our team!

• Taken guests’ orders over the phone and delivered food & beverage to guest rooms.
• Ensured accurate food orders were prepared correctly and delivered promptly and efficiently.
• Collected orders from the kitchen, submitted signed checks, and reconciled daily sales.
• Aid in the collection of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms.
• Maintained high standards of cleanliness (personal appearance, equipment, and facility).
• Delivered courteous, professional service.

What are we looking for?

• An engaging and welcoming personality.
• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
