Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with warm, professional, and attentive service.
• Review orders carefully to ensure accuracy, presentation, special requests, and guest preferences are properly addressed.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and available food and beverage options.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations for food, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages when appropriate.
• Properly present and deliver meals, beverages, and amenities according to established In-Room Dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Set up guestroom dining experiences with attention to presentation, cleanliness, and detail.
• Communicate closely with Kitchen and Bar Curators to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered within expected timing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, personalized service throughout each interaction.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, special requests, and service recovery opportunities with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Clear trays, dishes, glassware, and other dining items from guest rooms and designated areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of In-Room Dining equipment, service areas, and storage spaces.
• Support fellow Curators and contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous hotel, restaurant, In-Room Dining, fine dining, or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards preferred.
• Ability to learn menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and food and beverage offerings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to follow In-Room Dining policies, service standards, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications.
• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and adhere to all grooming and uniform standards.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
