• Maintains high service standards
• Handles cashiering responsibilities
• Checks control procedures
• Serves all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures
• Assists with busing tables when necessary
• Strives for finer points of service such as filling water glasses, ensuring tables are free from dirty dishes, etc.
