In-Process Inspector - 2nd Shift

About the role

Support of the Production Process and in-process visual inspection of non-conforming products.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection and repair on the manufacturing floor.
• Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection.
• Make repairs on products at Sub Lams and Outer Layer products.
• Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers in dealing with priorities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform short removal, soldering, and solder mask rework and touch-up.
• Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Inspection of product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
• Experience with IPC 600.
• Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts, and tolerance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require.
• Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility requirement).

Pay

Annual salary range: $41,054.00 - $45,760.00. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.
