In-Process Build Inspector - Orlando, FL

About the role

Responsible for inspecting and ensuring compliance with quality standards during the construction and manufacturing processes. Conducts visual inspections, tests, and measurements to identify defects and non-conformities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building materials, components, and assemblies for adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Document findings and discrepancies in inspection reports.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspection or related field.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for inspections.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
