IN PERSON Tutors Needed

About the role

Tutor Doctor is seeking enthusiastic, dependable tutors to provide personalized, one-to-one tutoring in students’ homes across all subjects, including:

• Math
• Science
• English and reading
• Study skills
• Test preparation
• Elementary, middle school, and high school subjects

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, personalized tutoring in students’ homes
• Adapt lessons to each student’s individual learning needs
• Help students strengthen their skills, confidence, and independence
• Communicate professionally with families and the Tutor Doctor team
• Complete timely session summaries documenting student progress

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the subjects you tutor
• Patient, encouraging, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication with students and families
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to students’ homes
• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or related experience
