In-Person BCBA

About the role

As a BCBA at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering in-home ABA therapy to clients, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to ensure the highest level of service delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and parent-child interactions to inform treatment planning
• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions, adapting to individual client needs and preferences
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of treatment plans and progress updates
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the state of North Carolina
• Experience providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations
