About the role
As a BCBA at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering in-home ABA therapy to clients, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to ensure the highest level of service delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and parent-child interactions to inform treatment planning
- Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions, adapting to individual client needs and preferences
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of treatment plans and progress updates
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the state of North Carolina
- Experience providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations
