Job Summary
Join Our Team at Alight Behavioral Therapy! As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, behavioral evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team and family
- Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD, using evidence-based procedures and interventions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client services, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information
- Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide training and support to families on ABA strategies and techniques
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of North Carolina
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
