About the role
The In-House Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training modules based on employee needs and company goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
