In-House Senior Securities Counsel

This position is based in the Dallas office of a large international corporation.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced securities attorney to serve as senior securities counsel. The attorney will provide analysis and advice on complex securities law matters related to financial reporting and compliance, oversee securities transactions including public offerings, and advise on and negotiate merger & acquisition transactions. This role involves close collaboration with clients and senior corporate management.

Responsibilities
