Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Sales Support Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to our sales representatives, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Answer basic sales questions from customers and potential clients.
- Log customer data and track customer orders accurately.
- Provide exceptional support to the sales team, taking pride in a job well done.
- Input data into the computer system and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a professional manner.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Cordination
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate sales activities.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and maintain sales reports, analyzing data to provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Maintain and update sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, working towards quick and effective resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
