Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Sales Support Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to our sales representatives, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
    • Answer basic sales questions from customers and potential clients.
    • Log customer data and track customer orders accurately.
    • Provide exceptional support to the sales team, taking pride in a job well done.
    • Input data into the computer system and maintain accurate records.
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a professional manner.
    • Process sales orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Cordination
    • Plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate sales activities.
    • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate and maintain sales reports, analyzing data to provide insights to the sales team and management.
    • Maintain and update sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues, working towards quick and effective resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
