In-House OB/GYN Hospitalist (24-Hour)

About the role

Provide OB/GYN coverage through 24-hour in-house shifts at a Level III NICU (Baby-Friendly Hospital). Duties begin as soon as credentialed and are ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in a Level III NICU (Baby-Friendly Hospital)
• Handle an average of 141 deliveries monthly across the hospital, with approximately 29 hospitalist deliveries
• Manage around 317 patient encounters per month
• Perform an estimated 328 procedures per hospitalist each month

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology
• Active New York state license
• Active DEA registration
