In-House Marketing Representative - Pinon Pointe Resort, Sedona AZ

About the role

As a Coordinator Marketing In-House, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals while following company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• May require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
