About the role
Vacation Village Resorts by Vacatia seeks an In-House Marketing Concierge to support marketing initiatives, engage prospective and current owners, and generate awareness and interest in Vacatia’s vacation ownership offerings.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and book presentation tours for guests and visitors.
- Contact pre-arrival guests, in-room guests, and owner referrals via phone to invite them to presentations.
- Check in guests/owners and provide exceptional customer service.
- Complete necessary paperwork (daily call logs, reservation forms).
- Maintain accurate system records and adhere to gifting procedures and limits.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or sales in timeshare or vacation ownership industries preferred.
- Proven ability to support and engage customers, and contribute to measurable results.
- Strength in communication, collaboration, and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and deliver high-quality work.
- Basic computer knowledge.
