In-House Marketing Representatives
- Generate guest excitement regarding Capital Vacations products and services.
- Invite owners to attend an Owners Update.
- Invite non-owners to attend sales presentations for Capital Vacations.
- Aid guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs, ensuring smooth check-in experiences.
- Understand company policies and ensure qualifications for presentations are met.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, shows, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly.
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain production above minimum standards.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, supporting guest needs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills is essential.
- The ability to engage guests and promote vacation ownership is a must-have.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
