Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements
• SUPPORT renewable energy project development and acquisition activities
• AID with project financing transactions and due diligence efforts
• CORPORATE legal support for debt and equity financing
• Negotiate vendor, construction, lease, and customer agreements
• PARTNER with business leaders to identify and mitigate legal risks
• AID with contract templates and internal legal processes
• SUPPORT corporate governance and risk management initiatives
• WORK cross-functionally with finance, operations, development, and executive leadership
• MANAGE multiple complex transactions simultaneously

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• EXCELLENT contract drafting and negotiation skills
• EXPERIENCE in commercial transactions, corporate law, real estate, or project finance
• STRONG experience with renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or commercial real estate
• EXCELLENT communication and organizational skills
• ABILITY to balance legal risk with practical business solutions
• Prior IN-HOUSE experience is a plus
