We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our In-Home team. Location: Ava, MO and surrounding areas

Pay
$25 - $35 per visit

Responsibilities
- Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population
- Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs
- May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
- Provide instruction/education on medication
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
- Home Care experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
