In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time - Indiana

For our client, we are seeking a In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time - Indiana to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role focuses on delivering high-touch, in-home clinical assessments and supporting patient care needs across defined coverage areas in Indiana. The physician will work closely with patients, care teams, and health plan partners to identify needs, coordinate next steps, and help connect individuals with appropriate services. Success in this role will depend on strong clinical judgment, adaptability in home-based settings, and the ability to build trust with patients during each visit. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $174,070 – $374,920 annually Responsibilities Conduct in-home health evaluations for patients Engage patients in discussions about their health and care needs Document medical history and perform physical evaluations Use technology to streamline evaluations and data collection Coordinate with health plans for additional services and referrals Travel extensively within defined coverage areas Adapt to various home environments during patient visits Qualifications Active, unrestricted state license(s) in coverage areas Ability to maintain multiple state licenses as required MD or DO credentials Experience in in-home healthcare or similar settings preferred Strong interpersonal skills for building patient relationships Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Annual Continuing Education Unit (CEU) allowance 401K retirement plan Malpractice coverage Perks and supplies for clinical work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
