In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time - Indiana

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations with a focus on personalized interactions
• Engage with patients to enhance their understanding of their health
• Perform medication and medical history reviews during visits
• Execute diagnostic tests as ordered by health plans
• Travel extensively within prescribed coverage areas, including overnight stays if required
• Provide both in-home and virtual health evaluations as needed
• Actively participate in a network of health-focused clinicians

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in required coverage areas
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as necessary
