In Home Therapy Clinician

About the role

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) seeks full-time, Master’s level In-Home Therapy Clinicians to work with families in the Springfield area.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to assigned client caseload (including individual, family and group therapy)
• Maintain client records
• Produce reports and documentation for third-party billing
• Participate in treatment planning
• Develop and implement goals and strategies for clients according to timeframe specifications

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• Eligible for LICSW, LMHC or other clinical license
• Familiar with trauma informed care
• Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks
• Valid driver's license
• Auto Insurance: Must have at minimum: Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of said coverage must be provided to NCYF prior to beginning employment.
