In-Home Therapist

About the role

Responsible for providing support services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Experience working with children and those diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support services to children, youth, and families
• Assist in developing and implementing family-centered care plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
• At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with data management systems

Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of child development and psychology
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively
• Proficiency in case management software

$45,000 - $55,000 annually
