In Home Support For Child With Autism 1:1 ABA Therapy

Make an impact with Imagination ABA Therapy! We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we offer a supportive environment with room to grow. RBT certification is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks
• Willingness to travel within New Jersey to client locations, within a reasonable distance from your home

Pay

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
