In Home ABA Therapist

About the role

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy services to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans, strategies, and protocols to promote skill acquisition and skill development
• Conducting behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to adapt treatment plans based on client progress
• Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote generalization of learned skills
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Have a valid CPR certification
