In-Home Support Counselor

About the role

We are looking for dedicated and caring people to work with adult aged individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. In this role, you would assist individuals in their homes or apartments.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in their homes or apartments with daily living skills.
• Teach individuals how to lead a more independent life.
• Work with individuals and our in-home supports team to help them gain independence, confidence, and pride in doing things for themselves.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or its equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
• A positivity and a team-player attitude

Schedule

Full Time: 12:00pm-7:00pm with weekend availability

Pay

$18.50/hour
