In-Home Services Worker (IHSW, DSP)
About the role
As an In-Home Services Worker (IHSW), you will help adults with disabilities and mental illness live independently. Key responsibilities include serving as a caregiver, providing skill training, and supporting daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals achieve maximum independence through skill training and supports
- Collaborate with clients and their support teams to implement supports plans
- Provide assistance in areas such as physical and personal needs, communication, household management, community living/mobility, reduction/elimination of maladaptive behavior, sensory/motor development, socialization, vocational and educational activities, health and wellness
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with no restrictions and a working vehicle
- A two-year degree in a behavioral science or related field preferred
- One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred

Pay
Salary: $20.25-$21.25 per hour
Schedule
Shift times range between 9:30 am to 10:30 pm, with the possibility of split shifts. Every other weekend is required.
